You can pay with Master or Visa cards.
Is there a group discount?
If you would like to stay with us as a group (more than 15 people), please send us an e-mail for the individual price offer!
What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days, 30% will be charged.
Is the parking fee included in the price?
Yes, the apartment building has its own parking lot. Larger apartments have 2 parking spaces, smaller apartments have 1 parking space.
Is sauna use included in the price?
Yes, the sauna fee is included in the accommodation fee.
Equipment
Is there a grilling/cauldron/bacon grilling option?
Yes: it is also possible to fry bacon and grill. It is not necessary to tell in advance. The guests must bring the food they want to bake, charcoal, and other items needed for baking.
Are there board games?
Yes, there are many board games in the shared lounge. There are games in Hungarian and German, such as: UNO, SOLO, other card games.
Does the apartment have a microwave? Is there toast?
Yes, they can be found in a fully equipped kitchen.
Is it possible to use a washing machine?
There is no possibility to wash clothes.
Is there a dishwasher in the apartment?
Yes, this can also be found in a fully equipped kitchen.
Is there a place to store skis and snowboards?
Yes, there is a heated ski storage room in the apartment building, equipped with a boot dryer.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
No, the weather is pleasant even in summer. During the winter season, the apartments are heated. You will stay in apartments with floor heating in winter!
Is there room for bicycle storage?
Yes, the ski storage can also be used to store bicycles during the summer. E-bike owners can also relax, there is also the possibility to charge bikes.
Is there a coffee machine in the accommodation?
Yes, this can also be found in a fully equipped kitchen. We have a coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules. 1 capsule for free, additional capsules can be purchased at the reception.
When is the sauna open?
In winter (December 20-April 1): 17:00-23:00
In summer: 1 day before use, turn it on on request.
We provide sauna towels to all our guests.
Programs
How can I request a program offer?
You can find a lot of program options in the Programs menu, but if you want to request an individual program offer, write us an e-mail!
How does the ski bus work?
You will find the schedule on the official website of the ski bus.
Is it possible to redeem the Sommercard at the accommodation?
We provide it for free to all our guests who arrive between May 1 and October 31!
It is necessary to provide the data for the administration 1 week before arrival, so the Summer cards will be waiting for you at the accommodation, in your apartment upon arrival.
Restaurants
Right next to us, there is a cafe, a hotel with a restaurant, in the neighboring village of Aich on the shore of the lake, and two on either side of the bridge, one of which belongs to the mayor, who works in the office in the morning, or it is served in the afternoon, that's how it is in Austria. In most restaurants, however, reservations are required the day before, and the kitchen is only open until 8 p.m. There are many restaurants in Haus and Schladming. Nearby in Weissenbach there is an excellent restaurant in a beautiful location, which also needs to be booked in advance, the Speckhütte on the way to Ramsau.
Grocery store
The nearest supermarket is a large Spar in Aich on the main street. There is a Billa in the house, but all shops are closed on Sundays and holidays (of which there are many). On the road to Schladming, however, there are Mini-Spars and Mini-Billas at gas stations. There is a multi-storey fashion store next to Salzburg Airport.
