Sightseeing: Grundlsee

Approx. 40 minutes by car towards Liezen, turn left towards Salzkammergut before an overpass. The lake is located next to Bad Aussee. We go swimming here, beautiful location, crystal clear water, paid parking with machines, clean toilets on the lake shore. I can also recommend the restaurants here.
From here the 3-lake tour starts at the Seehotel at the beginning of the lake: by boat across the lake to the end, from there an easy walk through the forest to the next Toplitzsee, where the Nazis hid most of the stolen works of art and the fake English pounds. There is a restaurant here, but the service is very slow.
From there, a ferry takes you to the third lake, the Kammersee. There is also a short tour here, then with the boat back to the hotel.
